At A&T Appliances we like our customers to be fully satisfied with their order and product. Unfortunately this is not always possible, if you have placed your order over the phone, email or internet then please follow the below procedures in resolving any issues concerning returns, exchanges, faults and damages.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange a product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the return of a product (s) is a result of an error from us then we will cover all costs of collecting and issue a full refund including the delivery cost. Or if you prefer to get an exchange then we will also do free delivery for the item that you require in exchange.
It is your responsibility to check that the product for visible damage once checked and signed we cannot accept claims for damaged products. If the product is damaged or different from the one ordered upon delivery then please do not install and call us on 01484 539000.
If the product has been installed or used then the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to examine the fault, we always recommend referring to the product handbook and going through the troubleshooting guide before a service engineer as the manufacturer may charge for a service call if the product is incorrectly uninstalled, or if the faults arises from negligence, failure to following manufacturer instructions, misuse or repair without appropriate approval and/or by authorised engineers/tradesmen.
The engineer may ask for proof of installation/repair by a qualified/authorised engineer (Gas Appliances need to be installed by Gas Safe engineers who must provide you with a certificate/receipt once installed).
If the product is part of multiple order with special discounts being agreed upon, then please note that you may lose any extra discounts you received as being multiple items.
Distance Selling Regulations
You are also protected by the distance selling regulations, which allows you to cancel any order partially or fully within 7 working days of you receiving delivery for any reason. The product still has to be unused and still in its original packaging without tampering. Please inform us by emailing at email@example.com to arrange a collection; the collection cost will be at your cost. If the product under inspection does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to you at your cost and you may also incur a surcharge. However if it meets the above conditions, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
We do not accept returns of items that are part of a special order.
